The mission of SLV Spay and Neuter Alliance is to provide low-cost spay and neuter services to cats and dogs of the San Luis Valley for as long as pet overpopulation is an issue in the Colorado counties of Alamosa, Rio Grande, Saguache, Costilla, Conejos, and Mineral.
We’re a small 501(c)(3) non-profit mobile operation, able to do about 2000 spay/neuter operations a year. We visit a different area of the San Luis Valley every week, and even travel short distances outside the valley on special occasions. We are low-cost, but not low-care. We love our work, our clients, and being part of some wonderful stories.
